His working career to date has comprised a great diversity of roles and expertise across a range of agricultural sectors. Matt has gained valuable experience and held prominent roles within large corporate enterprises. Providing advice and knowledge to clients on total farm management, marketing and sales has added value to their businesses. 

Matt's industry experiences and knowledge, combined with his strong desire to form long term client relationships plus his high standards for delivering a comprehensive level of service with proven negotiation skills ensure he is always striving to achieve the best possible results.
